Ability to use 'wallet zip files' to connect Jira to services like Oracle Autonomous Database

We have spent weeks trying to force Jira to use a wallet but some simple code changes need to be made by Atlassians dev team.

This would greatly expand the customer base so should be easily financially justifiable.

We are keen to upgrade further and move our entire business over to all Atlassian stcks but this is preventing us from doing so and we suspect, countless others.

Would Atlassian be so kind as to provide an update as to whether this is already on the roadmap and if so, do they have an ETA?

I doubt this is on any roadmap, as there's a perfectly functional way to use Oracle as the back-end database already, and most Atlassian's users are not using Oracle at all.  It wouldn't expand the customer base or provide any significant benefits over what server supports already, and can't be used for DC, so there's not a lot of reason to bother.

Functional, but not as secure as certain environments require.  For a 'Community Leader' that's a pretty narrow and parochial response you gave there.  'Perfectly functional' is not perfectly functional when you are left explaining to a corporate security review why 'this Jira thing' is a snowflake that can't meet corp security requirements.
