In other systems I have used in the past, we had the ability to setup default issue templates (IE: a story with predefined tasks and/or subtasks where the users could edit title as needed, but at least have them framework to work from)...
Does JIRA OnDemand support this type of functionality and if so, where can I find this? It would be an incredible time saver for us to be able to manage our Feature Requests this way.
