This isn't so much a question as a way to try to make sure the community know about an enhancement that needs some more votes.

It's to try to allow multiple people to have the same permissions to "own" a rapid board. Why? Just wait one of the user groups of your Jira instance comes over because the person who owns the board is on vacation and they can't make additional filters or do something in their standup for an item that has to be squared away. Multiply that by 200-400 projects...and you'll understand the pain better.

A few system admins around usually can take care of this - System Admins can do anythign a board owner can, but can do it for any board. In this way, you can have a board owner, and a system admin who can be a back up for multiple boards.

Isn't that solved with the latest release? Works for me now.
