A user hasn't got the field to assign a reporter for an issue when creating an issue.
Field configurations has been set so reporter is assigned to the new default created. Anyon have any ideas why this might be?
I assume the reporter field is on the "create" screen for the issue type, and that other people can set the reporter?
If that is correct, check the permission scheme - does this user have the "set reporter" permission?
