A good budgeting add-on for JIRA Cloud

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend me a good add-on for budgeting and finance for JIRA Cloud. Unfortunately, Tempo Budget is not available for Cloud yet.

We tried Accelo and a few others. The bosses really like Tempo Budgets on Server but you can no longer import export between Cloud <> Server which is a deal breaker for my company. 

Our Actuarial group has just resorted to having us provide them CSV exports to another system so they can accurately track expenses / budgets. The moment a replacement for Tempo Timesheets appears we will also be removing it from our instance due to the terrible support they provide.
