The saga continues smile

The pages are now shown but the Update button (on the configure screen does nothing)

I think we are missing something here

We don't have the plugins folder under the views folder.

Do we need to create it and if so what about he other JSPs that Note about mentions

If you extract the zip file, it will automatically create the folder. If not, create the plugins folder and move the jsps in zip file to that folder. Other jsps will not be affected.

It is in the documentation: http://www.j-tricks.com/copy-to-subtask-plugin.html

Download the JSP file zip from here and extract it in the atlassian-jira/secure/views directory. After extracting, there will be 3 jsp files in the atlassian-jira/secure/views/plugins directory. No need to restart JIRA after extracting the files.

Note: atlassian-jira/secure and atlassian-jira/secure/views folders already contains other JSP files. The 3 JSP files in the above zip will go into atlassian-jira/secure/views/plugins folder.

Were do we need to put these JSP in? Can you share the full path for the the plugin directory.  We don’t have the paths described on either the documentation site nor the path in the error message.  We’re looking for the definitive location on the current version of Jira 6.3
