403 Forbidden when logging into User Management

We haven't had to manage users since the migration, but we are currently unable to access the User Management interface of OnDemand. After logging in, we are presented with "403 Forbidden"

Please advise.

Hi Takuju,

Your user probably is not in the site-admins group that is required to enter the new User Management section.

If you can find another administrator that does have access, they will be able to add you to the group. If not, feel free to request for assistance at support.atlassian.com with the Technical Account and we'll be able to help.
