We have 2 separate Jira Cloud organization accounts, one consisting of Cloud Software, Cloud Service Desk, Confluence and another Cloud with only Cloud Service Desk and Confluence.
How can we connect or link users or user groups between one Jira Cloud Service Desk and other Jira Cloud Software, e.g., when writing a issue on one service desk, I can choose an assignee or mention user from the another Jira cloud account Service Desk or from another Cloud Software users
