2 create issue screens for 1 project

Good day all,

is it possible to be able to have 2 "Create Issue" screens for 1 project. 1 for me (which has a lot more info to fill in) and the other for my external client. I would like this so that its simplified and easy for them to log the task in JIRA.

I just cant see how i would get a certain user to see a certain screen while i see the longer one

Hi Bradley.

It's possible if you have 2 different issue types. You can assign to each issue type a different screen using Issue Type Screen Scheme.
