2. Is there a reason why the following pie chart is showing B and A twice? Can we fix this?

Here RTM management is the Dashboard, where Release is a field and (B,2,,2,1,A) are the options in Release field. In this pie chart view why B and A are repeating with different values.

Most likely, they are two entities having the same name. For example, components can have same name across projects.

Click on them and you will find what exactly it is. You can also edit the gadget to find the statistic type and figure if there are duplicate names for that field.
