Сustom field 'people' format for statistic type

Hello!
I would like to use pie chart and setting custom field for statistic type. This custom field has 'people' format.
I don't understand why pie chart shows results only with Empty values.Somebody meet with this? How it can be fixed?

Can you please check with the  filter which you are used for the pie chart.
may be the filter is not showing the results or something else.
