Как настроить спринты? У меня после обновления пропала кнопка спринтов!

Так же хотел узнать, есть ли какой трекер, на подобие Развивать (подключается к задаче с поиском и удалением статистики по видам активностей)

Can you make sure under Administration > Applications > Versions & licenses that Jira Software is installed and licensed?

Is the project you're trying to start a Sprint on a Jira Software project? 

As for your 2nd question, I'm not sure I understand it. I had to use Google Translate so I might be missing some information there. Can you please clarify?
