Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if you would like to filter tickets where you are Watcher.
If that’s the case, you can go to Filters > Advanced issues search and use the JQL:
issuetype = Task AND watcher = currentUser()
If that’s not the case, please, let us know more details about what you need.
