Не открываются Дашборды в Jira. Ошибка "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request"

Подскажи, как решить данную проблему. У нас на дашборде не открываются отдельные страницы при переходе на бэклог jira по определенной очереди. Выдает ошибку. 
"HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request". Как решить данную проблему. Работаем как пользователи jira. Не разработчики.

К сожалению это не помогает. Т.к это ошибка у всех пользователей Дашборда. И выгрузить HAR  у всех нет возможности(

One of the suggestions is to increase the request header size limit in Tomcat
