.txt file can't attach to ticket

I cannot add a .txt file. I've copied and paste it on a new .txt file and uploaded it to the ticket. It didn't work. I used 3 different web browsers, cleared cache, and private browsing. That didn't work as well. The error message looks like this when me and another person attaches the .txt file to the ticket.

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Basically attaching a text file should work. Unfortunately, the screenshot which I assume you wanted to provide is not coming through here for any reasons.

In case you could describe more detailed in which step the attaching of the file fails someone from Community might be able to help more in detail.
