post-workshop collaboration / taskmanagement

Hi together,

Lots of projects start with an initial workshop or kick-off meeting. Tasks have been discussed and described on post-its but the post-workshop collaboration mostly doesn’t work as we thought.

During my master thesis I am trying to understand why this is the case. In fact, where is the problem?

  • Do the participants not have enough time (too many other tasks)?
  • Do they have too less motivation?
  • Is there a loss of knowledge between the workshop (post-it) and the daily routine (Trello board, Jira etc.)?

Do you know other reasons? What are your experiences?
