We want to manage jira users with active directory. We created a AD group with the same name "jira-software-users". Jira will not read this group. We have about 30 users visible in the group when viewing from AD but no users show up when viewing from Jira. Additionally, this is the only group having issues. I can search on another group not associated with Jira and all the users show up. What am I missing? Thanks
