how to upgrade JIRA from 7.6.1 to 7.11

Hello, I navigate on ATLASSIAN web site and I did not find a clear process to go from 7.6.1 release to 7.11 release. I  only found information to install the 7.11 release.

Can you help me ? By giving an URL, or confirm me that I only have to install the dowloaded 7.11 release file in my current JIRA directory ?
