cannot find the way to create my project release in JIRA

there is no want for me to create a new release or edit the release of the project. not sure if any permission of JIRA should be applied

Hi @di shen ,

To begin Only project admins can create versions/releases.

The Release functionality is only available for Jira Software projects. Is it a Jira Software project? If so, do you have the option "Releases" (boat) in the left bar?
