can not change status

I have all permission as my collegue, but I am not able to see the status column.

Get the administrators to check the conditions on the workflow - you are not matching those rules that allow you to use the transitions between status

can you please be little elaborate, where do they check the condition of workflow? I had multiple calls who has admin access, but still he is not able to resolve this. 

They have to look at the configuration of the project and the workflow that is behind it.  I can't really tell you more than "the workflow", because you need to look at the workflow.
