add parameter to CSV file in datapipeline automation

Akshara June 9, 2022

I am exporting jira data to CSV file using Datapipeline option in jira, but I am not getting deleted issues in CSV file. How can I add the parameter in CSV file to get data of deleted issues in CSV file when exported from datapipeline option in jira.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Why are you expecting to get deleted issues in a csv export?  The whole point of deleting an issue is that is deleted.  There's nothing there any more - nothing you can search, view or report on.

(Also, what is a "datapipeline"?  Jira doesn't use that word anywhere, I'm guessing you mean "export")

The database team needs it. They are migrating data to snowflake datawarehouse.

Yes I mean extract but in jira we had option of 'datapipeline' by which we can schedule the date and time and automate the extraction of data as CSV file.

Will you please direct me to documentation for the "datapipeline" feature?  I also need to schedule a periodic export.
