Hi guys, 

As we upgrade JIRA recently to 7.5.1 ; JRASERVER-66318 issue is severely impact on our company. since Atlassian bug fix policy probably issue fixing might get more time than we expect. 

we spend nearly 6 months for upgrade due to the customization of our jira instance. Also the bug is not fixed yet in a above release. 

Any suggestions/workarounds for this issue is much appreciated.

We just upgraded from 7.2.7 to 7.10.2 and detected this issue also. I have years worth of Dashboards that are impacted. This should be fixed especially since the underlying Filters do include the empty values.
