What is the simplest way to make multiple reviewers for Jira

We need an reviewer process on our workflow but the reviewers number and peoples change in every issue, what is the simplest solution for this?

my solution: create an multi user picker in create screen, in next status create an A to A transition and add a post function to it and in this function  collect approvals in another field, and than create an scheduler task will check issues if checks are valid than  transition issues to another status
