We want to build more features on the existing version of Jira

Hi Jira's support team,

I'm Suong. I want to discuss with Jira Team with the purpose of wanting to upgrade my version of Jira by adding functionality. The description of these functions as below:

1. Project Summary Information : Helps PM summarize overall project information, providing project information to other systems base on main fields: Project Name, Project Group, Status, Priority, Total member, Start Date, End Date,...

Role : 

Edit and Submit the project's information:

  • PM can edit and submit project summary information

Project Summary Information Report: Summary Information of All project

  • System admin can view and export this report 

 

2. Project Resource:

Helps PM summarize overall project resource base on main fields: Estimate Time, Actual Time, % capacity resourse,..

Role : 

Submit the project's information:

  • Link data from Project Function on Jira

Project Resourse Report: Summary Resource of All project

  • System admin can view and export this report

Project Resourse Chart: Overview Resource of each project (can be based only on key fields )

  • PM can view chart of their project /System admin can view all chart

 

Besides, we have some other requirements on budget and task management,
All of which can be shown in overview charts and reports.

If you have any suitable samples, please send them to us for reference
