We have jira project to manage company users, all info about them like team, direct manager and there are more info, thats why we cant open it for all.
- There are some addons that grant options to add custom properties into the user profile, but you need to manage them by hands, and they dont give no statistics, pr you cant filter by direct manager\team.
- Copy each time user info to each ticket not good (alot of fields and users will be confused) its not solution, yes for some management like vacation to automate ist good, but not to regular project.
Questionы:
- If there any way to use some addon to extend user profile to sync info from jira issue (standart jira project) which closed from all, to sync custom field value to jira user profile to show it?
- After #1 Automaticaly Sync user properties from jira to confluence
