Is there any way to let the admins can add some more attributes when creating a new users like mobile number , job title and so on?

Also If the user base is the active directory, so need some flexibility to sync the attributes of the users like their managers and job titles and so on.

This is something that should be done in the user directory, not an application that uses a directory as a source of its accounts.
