Uinstall of Jira

Hi,

 

i was following the document as per below

 

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/uninstalling-jira-applications-from-windows-802592172.html

 

i was able to uninstall using step 2

Click the Windows 'Start' menu > 'All Programs' > 'Jira X.Y' > 'Uninstall Jira X.Y'
(where 'X.Y' refers to the installed version of Jira that you are about to uninstall)
OR

after uninstall i did reboot but strange is in control panel add/remove still i can see the entry of Jira software install so from here i am doing again removal of the Jira again

My question is which steps we should follow the using uinstall jira as provide by tool or should we rely for removing from control panel
