Hello,

I tried Jira core for 7 days, I would like to extend the trial. They ask for my server ID, but it seems I can't find it. When I go to the system I can't find "System info link" , maybe I don't have the correct permission, is that possible?

Thanks,

Hi,

if you have permission you can find it here  YOUR-URL/secure/admin/ViewSystemInfo.jspa

If not just ask your admin.

A 7 day trial implies you have got the Cloud service.  These do not have server IDs that you can get to (or even a system information page).  The account is handled through your my.atlassian.com account which won't ask you for a server ID.
