Hi everyone,
I just received an SPAM email from Cloud Jira service:
I verified and it indeed came from Jira.
Someone created a new project and started tagging people in tickets to send them emails.
Not sure how widespread this is, but I personally see it for the first time.
Maybe Atlassian should implement some guide rails to prevent users from abusing the service this way.
Gotta bump this, because I got 3 different spam notification in a day from jira. I'm assuming this is gonna be a huge problem?
See the answer I gave a year ago, there's not a lot more we can tell you.
Same here:
It's only a part, about a dozen is already deleted

Please read the previous answer I gave July 14 last year. At least the last paragraph.

Have a read of (at least) the last paragraph of the first comment.
I am not satisfied with your answer.
You can add management of global (account) notification settings for existing users. And for the new one, leave it as it is now.
I'm sorry you're not "satisfied", but it is the only answer to the question.
I got one this morning, after I was already logged in. Yes I have to admit they dangle large amounts of money in front of people.

Please read the last paragraph in the first comment made (and the rest of the comment if you are interested in the wider problem)
I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean your spam filter did not see it as spam?
You would think i was was running mad or something, After i got scammed of 477,000 USD which was my entire life savings, my eyes opened to their gimmicks and i knew the whole investment thing they told me about was scam and they will never let me withdraw anything from my account which was showing fake millions which was not real money. This happened with a company named (Investomania). initially they let me withdraw 600 USD then they got me trapped in the hole since i thought it was real, i kept paying more and more tax and commission until i got run dry. Not until my colleague at work introduced me to her college friend which was now a hacker and does crypto recovery hacks. being skeptical, i contacted him after a few weeks to give it a try and luckily it only took us 2 days to recover everything i lost and he even recovered more from the scammers wallet which i deliberately gave to charity. i am urging anybody here in this comment section, if you have or is going through similar experience, kindly seek professional help if you know a hacker, if you don't then you can contact the guy who assisted me through his contacts bellow.
