Decide what you want from such an "integration" and then look at how Snow can call the Jira REST functions for actions in Snow, and look at what remote functions Snow has that Jira could call when you are coding for actions on the Jira side.

We can't tell you a lot more than that because "integrate" is a suitcase word - it tells us you want two systems to talk to each other, but nothing else.

My use case for talking each other is creation of ticket and updating  of some custom fields and transition. This will be two way integration.
