Hello, we are using Jira Cloud with the Github app (not DVCS).
We can see Smart Commits show up in Jira but the commands to comment and transition issues do not work properly. I have went back through the documentation, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, verified permissions (several times) all with no luck.
I have also went through the community forum posts but havent found anything particularly helpful as far as troubleshooting goes.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
