Showing 0 issue imported when trying to import data from csv file

Hi,

 

I am trying to bulk uploading the Jira issue via CSV import. I tried couple of time but always getting

 

Imported 1 project and 0 issues successfully even i am seeing all parameters ( User, Importing issues etc ) green while uploading is in progress.

 

Am i missing any setting ? Please suggest

My guess is that you already have issues in the project, with identical summaries to the issues you are trying to import.  The CSV importer tries to stop you importing duplicates.

Thanks. But I can’t see any imported issue in JIRA. I tried searching with ticket number but can’t see any tickets. 

Do I need to change any setting to view these tickets.

I didn't say you should look for that.  Look at the summaries.

I did limited import with only 30 identical issue but still getting same.

Could you look at the summaries of the issues you have in the project already?
