Currently, our team (~15 people) uses Skype for all communication. We have a remote team so face to face communication isn't possible.
I like Skype, however I would much prefer to have ticket related communication be real-time IN the ticket. JIRA comments are good but it's not real time.
I am looking at different solutions for this but haven't landed on a definitive one. I have looked at Slack, Stride, Hipchat and more.
What is your opinion for the best way to communicate within JIRA?
