Project Import getting stuck while validating attachments

Project Import getting stuck while validating attachments

We are in the progress of migration 15 projects from one instance to other , we are using 7.3.8 Jira version.

Somehow everything goes fine till the actual import start (importing is done via project import in Jira itself not with project configurator)

Project configuration was imported a week before the data migration

Hi @Avin Singhal,

maybe there is something in the log-files, e.g. atlassian-jira.log in your application-home directory.

@Bastian Stehmann

Nothing is coming in this log file :(   only stuck message for 3% nor error mentioned

Hmm, you could have a look at the catalina.log, which is more close to the system, but if there is nothing also, then I have no idea what it could be.

I suspected that i ran multiple import with different ID was the culprit.

It worked fine when i placed the attachment and imported project data one by one
