Problem with _MSG_ gadgets

Hi All,

I have a problem with gadgets after upgrade of Jira.

Whenever I am going to add some gadgets to dashboard they are showing:

_MSG_xxxx

I already talk with Atlassian support and i of course received those 2 links:

I tried to make a fix as it has been pointed out regarding import public certificates to java store but this didn't helped.

Could you maybe give some hint what can be a solution??

Jira is in version 8.11 server

Thank you in advance for you help.

Hi Pawel,

Does atlassian-jira.log say anything when adding new Gadgets? I have experienced that this really makes a poorly imported self-sign SSL certificate in Java Trustore. Or Jira uses a different trustore. You can also use your old Java Trustore from the previous version of Jira (you can find it in the * .zip backup <jira-install>)

Pavel

I didn’t add any gadget to dashboard, due that I tried first fix this issue, but I will and then I will check the logs and I will give a feedback
