Outlook Integration - Is there any plugin available which gives issues details next to outlook email

I want to integrate Outlook to JIRA.

Is there any plugin available which gives issues details next to outlook email without any navigation.

When the user clicks on the Outlook Jira notification automatically it should open the Jira ticket on the Outlook side bar.  where the users will be able to edit the ticket and action on it. 

Please let me know if there is any available add on to achieve this.
