Old UI?

Wouldn't it be awesome to have the old UI as an option for creating projects and issuetypes. 
I loved the old JIRA Cloud but now we will propably move away from Jira just because of the new UI and loosing so much ease of use.

Loophole:

Start a project as a software project and setup as team managed.

Now you can use the old flows and design issuetypes as before without using schemes
