I would love to see an update that allows users to send a nudge from a comment to the people tagged in that comment.
Currently, if a team member hasn't responded to a particular comment we need to write up another comment and that is the only way to nudge them through Jira. This hampers productivity. There should be a button to nudge them by sending an email notification.
A worthy add-on to this would be to categorize your comment. Certain comments can be categorized as urgent and a due date by when the tagged members on the comment should respond.
It is understood that we can create sub-tickets but most organisations don't work that way and rely a bit too heavily on the comments section of a particular ticket.
