Not able to use Insight Field in Automation Rule

Hi

 

I have a Insight field which I am trying to use in an automation rule. When I try to choose the field ""Function" as issue fieild condition, it simply does not appear in the dropdown. 
How can I set this rule?

Hi @jun lee

Unfortunately, some actions/triggers/conditions do not support insight customfields in Server.

I believe they are working on it.

You will have to use a groovy/sil scripts or use the insight postfunctions.

Does the insight postfunctions mean the postfunctions of works flow? 

By the way, can I set the value of the insight field according to the conditions in the postfunction of workflow? For example, if the value of the "Function" insight field is "application", is it possible to set up to update the issue type field to "application"?
