Not able to proceed after pasting license key. The page says incorrect username and password.
I recently purchased JIRA software server for $10. I am able to get the license key. However, I am not able to login to JIRA and update the license key.
There are two parts to this - logging in, and updating the key.
If you cannot log in, then I'm not sure we need to worry about the update. Have you tried resetting the account credentials or recovering the password?
