Not able to change password

I have tried changing my password. But email said that " This user account is managed in an external User Directory and Jira is not able to update your password.

Please contact your System Administrator if you have any further queries"


I am not sure how do I contact the administrator.

Hello @Piyush Gawai 

I recommend you start by contacting the person who told you to access the Jira URL you are trying to access. Or try asking your manager. Or try contacting the IT department for your company.
