New to Jira for your server - and an annoyance.

Ron May 23, 2017

When I click the JIRA shortcut in my browser it always defaulted to all issues.

I don't want to see all issues, just the open ones I need to work on. It's just me here. So I changed my shortcut url to end with: ?filter=allopenissues.

That works.

However, when I fix an issue, JIRA anoyingly does not refresh the view to clear that just finished issue. So I hit F5 to refresh JIRA. It then annoyingly defauts to ?filter=allissues again.

I can live with the lack of auto-refresh but the default to the clumbsy all issues view is going to wear on me. Can I make JIRA to default to Open Isues always and every time?

TIA

The last search you performed in JIRA "follows" you. This allows features such as paginating through tickets based on your last search (the up/down arrow).

You may have inadvertently bookmarked your shortcut with the filter included?
