New Issue View - Confusing to me

I would like to see what the community thinks of the new issue view. I find it very confusing and actually missing features.

For example, we use subtasks with hour estimates. In the old UI the remaining hours appeared in the list of subtasks. The sum of the remaining hours also appeared at the story level.

This seems to be missing in the new UI. 

This new ui is turned on by default so my assumption was that was ready to replace the old ui but if the new ui is not feature complete with the old ui, we have a problem.

Maybe I am missing something basic, so please correct me if I am wrong.
