Need help in increasing the search views to 5000

I am using the Jira version --> Jira v7.13.5

I need to browse this path from the Jira Dashboard --> jira-home/jira-config.properties

Then set this value -->

Add :
jira.search.views.max.limit = 5000
jira.search.views.default.max = 5000

From the dashboard i am not sure how to browse this path  jira-home/jira-config.properties since no relevant option showing up. Could you please help in browsing the same?

Hi Anurag,

jira-config.properties is a local file present on your Jira Server disk so you need to connect to your server using something like a SSH or a RDP connection.

In some cases, this file does not exists so feel to create it in that case.
