Live Production System Backup (not Data Center)

What is the best strategy for doing a live backup/snapshot of an Atlassian Application without needing to shut it down? Is this a possibility without the Data Center license?

I currently have JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo Bitbucket, and Crowd servers that are used relatively 24/7 Worldwide. Thus taking down one of these for even 15 minutes is inconvenient. We are not interested in purchasing the Data Center license.

One of the possible ways is to use some Backup System, like https://blog.bacula.org/

You should backup 2 items: application folder (jirahome, confluencehome, etc.) and database of each application.

For huge JIRA server is important to enable "index recovery" feature also. More details https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-indexing-snapshot-720638070.html

Thanks for the help. I did some searching and finally found some Atlassian Documentation on doing Zero Downtime Backups. Although it's not officially supported in Server Versions (only Data Center) it's at least a start.

Bitbucket is possible v5.5 - We would need to customize Atlassian's DIY Backup Scripts for our purpose - https://bitbucket.org/atlassianlabs/atlassian-bitbucket-diy-backup?_ga=2.98787609.608145113.1511795571-1880084014.1509455997 -- https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/using-bitbucket-zero-downtime-backup-829920023.html
