What is the best strategy for doing a live backup/snapshot of an Atlassian Application without needing to shut it down? Is this a possibility without the Data Center license?
I currently have JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo Bitbucket, and Crowd servers that are used relatively 24/7 Worldwide. Thus taking down one of these for even 15 minutes is inconvenient. We are not interested in purchasing the Data Center license.
Thanks for the help. I did some searching and finally found some Atlassian Documentation on doing Zero Downtime Backups. Although it's not officially supported in Server Versions (only Data Center) it's at least a start.
