Hi Team, 

I had added the user with 25 to access jira-software, but it still show 32 in used. can you please advice?

Hi @Tan Szu Yen ,

I believe all you have done with the checkmarks in the default column is assigned what the default groups new users will be added to.  In order to reduce the number of users that are consuming Jira Software Licenses, you will need to click the "remove" link next to the groups that should not be given Jira Software Licenses.
