hello everyone!

i and my partners are testing Jira Cloud but the UI speed is really slow. Even with just a few dummy tasks. How will it looks after we import thousands of tasks from our current Jira server installation?

I'm using Jira Cloud trial version from Maribor (Europe).

Where are Jira servers located? Is it possible to choose (primary) location?

Hope throung this i can reach what i need.

Atlassian does not reveal the physical location of the servers. They are hosted across the globe.

You should be reaching out to Atlassian support team, in case you encounter performance issues. The sluggishness could be for a variety of reasons. Rest assured, you should not be having any issues accessing the Cloud instances with enterprise level data.

Our Jira Cloud is also rather sluggish, might be normal.
