Jira sprint overview

How difficult would it be to create overview for sprints over all projects (or even in the same projects)? So you could be able to manage sprints in a normal way. Example close sprints from other projects that doesn't exist anymore. Or delete empty sprints? Doesn't seem like a rocket science especially when we are already flying to Mars.

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for with an "overview of sprints".  Sprints don't make a huge amount of sense outside the context of their boards.  Closing and deleting them is best done from their boards where you have all the information on them.
