Hi there,
We have been noticing for a long time on our Jira server v6.2.3 (Ubuntu Server 12.04) and we cannot locate the reason for the slowness.
We have verified that we have margin of machine resources (hard disk, RAM).
The use we give to Jira is as a mass mail handler.
The slowness is perceived especially in the mornings, preventing even users from logging in. About 2 hours later it starts working normally.
We have tried to check if there is any background process or any scheduled task, such as backup or reindexation, but at that time they are not executed.
How could we check if there is a bottleneck problem on the server at the network level?
Any idea what might be happening?
Thank you,
Greetings.
