Hi Team,
Some of our Jira users are working on salesforce projects, they are mapped some of Jira fields (system & custom) to salesforce tool. When the ticket is created Jira system fields are fletching vales from salesforce, but custom fields are not.
Is there possibility to achieve custom field values as like system fields?
Please suggest.
Thank you!
Regards,
Srinivas
@Srinivas hello. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing such an unpleasant issue. How did you connect the two systems - by a 3rd party tool? If so, maybe you should check out the integration settings and adjust the field mapping. You can also check out ZigiOps. It's a 100% no-code solution that connects Jira&SF & keeps them in sync in real time. It can be customized so you can choose the fields you want to sync/populate between the systems (you can check this Jira Salesforce article for more clarification).
Regards, Diana
What are you using to do this synchronisation? Salesforce App? Something in Salesforce? Your own scripted REST calls (from either end)?
